These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and the operator of the n555 online gaming platform ("n555", "we", "us", "our"). n555 is accessible at https://n555.cam and any associated mobile or application interfaces.

By accessing the n555 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any service offered through n555, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

n555 does not claim to hold a licence issued by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. The platform operates under the licensing jurisdiction of its operator. Pakistani users are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction prior to use. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on n555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for the specific activity you intend to undertake.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, entity or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded from n555 or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request that remains active.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or director of the n555 operator or any affiliated entity.
• You have not provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• You are registering as an individual natural person. Corporate, trust or representative accounts are not permitted.

4.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on n555. The creation of duplicate, secondary or alternative accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended and any funds held across those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to notify n555 promptly if any registered information changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

n555 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, during the normal course of account activity. You may be requested to submit any or all of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Pakistan CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of current residential address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot or statement of the relevant account).
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML procedures.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by n555 may result in the suspension of withdrawal access or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account closure. The operator reserves the right to retain funds pending resolution of any KYC or AML investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. n555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

Deposits to your n555 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from payment accounts belonging to any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be returned and the relevant account reviewed.

The payment methods available at any given time are displayed in the live cashier. References to services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. These providers do not endorse, sponsor or participate in gambling activities, and their appearance as contextual examples does not constitute an endorsement or partnership of any kind.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction in PKR.
• n555 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Availability is subject to provider terms, regulatory requirements and operator configuration.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. n555 does not control payment provider processing times.
• You are responsible for checking any fees applicable to your deposit transaction. Certain payment methods may apply transaction fees not controlled by n555.

You may request withdrawal of real funds from your n555 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your account has successfully completed KYC verification.
• There are no pending AML or fraud investigations on your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance have been fully satisfied.
• Your withdrawal request is to a payment method held in your own name and matching your registered identity.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen method, as displayed in the live cashier.

Withdrawal processing times are determined by the operator's internal review procedures and the processing timelines of the selected payment provider. n555 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and makes no representation as to when funds will reach your external account.

The operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its KYC and AML obligations. Where a withdrawal is delayed pending additional verification, n555 will notify you via your registered email address.

n555 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, referral credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. The availability, value and terms of any promotion are set by the operator and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet opted in.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked on qualifying games before bonus funds can be converted to real withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement for any bonus is stated in the promotional terms at the point of opt-in. n555 will not apply a wagering requirement retroactively after a bonus has been accepted.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players on promotional outcomes — is strictly prohibited. n555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected and to suspend the relevant accounts.

7.3 Illustrative PKR Figures

Any bonus amounts stated in PKR on the n555 platform are either live operator offers or clearly labelled illustrative examples. The following apply to all promotional figures:

• Illustrative figures (e.g., "PKR 2,000 birthday reward") are examples only and are not guaranteed live offers.
• Live offers are confirmed in the promotions section of the platform at the time of opt-in.
• n555 does not make guaranteed-return, risk-free or unlimited reward claims in connection with any promotion.

All bets and gaming sessions are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or market as displayed on the platform at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules applicable to a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. n555 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of a verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or incorrect odds publication (palpable error), n555 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. n555 does not influence, manipulate or guarantee any game outcome.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply.
• n555 reserves the right to set individual bet limits, restrict market access or close markets at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n555 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses or evade sanctions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit platform features or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker or coordinated casino play.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, process or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain without reporting the issue to n555 support.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, including facilitating the gambling activity of a self-excluded individual.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation or wilful deception directed at n555 or other platform users.

n555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without advance notice in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; active AML or fraud investigation; or regulatory direction from the operator's licensing authority.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including both real funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited pending the outcome of the investigation. n555 will communicate its findings to you via your registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the n555 support team. Upon closure, any real funds balance will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no active investigation is in progress.

n555 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account dashboard and may be activated at any time without commercial penalty:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when a set session duration has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours up to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the agreed exclusion period expires.

By using n555 you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that outcomes are governed by chance. n555 does not guarantee or imply any return on gambling activity. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not a financial instrument or investment vehicle.

All content on the n555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets and promotional materials — is the property of n555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing or redistributing platform content; reverse-engineering any software component; creating derivative works based on platform assets; or using platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from n555.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n555 and its operator, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, including losses resulting from game outcomes, odds movements or sporting results.
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, connectivity issues or third-party payment provider errors beyond the control of n555.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local law in your jurisdiction.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds or promotional content displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the n555 operator is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the operator's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

n555 does not represent that the platform or its services are lawful, appropriate or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Access to the platform from Pakistan does not constitute any form of legal authorisation by n555 or its operator.

n555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they alter your rights or obligations in a substantive way — we will provide notice via your registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current version. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting our support team.
